Our select Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from certified organic olives which are grown, picked and pressed locally and efficiently to ensure the highest quality. We particularly distinguish ourselves from other regional producers by ensuring that the olives are picked early: this means that, although the yield is lower, we are able to achieve a premium grade oil rich in antioxidants and no more than 0.2% acidity. Our oil is also rich in Omega-9 fatty acids, chlorophyll and monosaturated fats which is believed to help fight against inflammation, high pressure and cardiovascular diseases.
