2. How can you reactivate your account on our platform?

3. Where do I apply the promo code in?

There is TWO methods - depends if you’ve selected “Go To Cart” or “Checkout” - guide below:

4. What payment methods are accepted? 

Everleaf platform accepts credit cards, FPX online banking, kiple pay, alipay, Touch and Go, Boost and wechat pay.


5. Do you provide free-shipping? 

Yes, Everleaf provides free-shipping for overall purchases above RM180.


6. Who can I contact if I've questions?

7. What happens if my desired vegetables are out of stock after placing an order and payment made? 

Selections of vegetable replacement are subject to availability or to get a discount code arranged by our team to proceed or Refund process accordingly. *T&C Applies*


8. Which area does Everleaf cover for delivery? 

Our delivery covers the entire Klang Valley area with free shipping with the purchase of RM180 and above. However, should the purchase are less than RM180, shipping fees are charged at RM12 per order.

9. Are Everleaf fresh produce and products organic?  

Our products are vastly natural, chemical-free and organic. We strongly believe that making healthier food options accessible (as McDonalds) will bring forward a progressive change in eating habits. We loved to inspire our community to make healthier food choices based on food transparency & convenience. Our mission is to gradually increase varieties of yummy healthy natural food selection - with quality assurance, so you can shop with worry-free. On top of supporting local farms, we brought in overseas natural chemical free products to enhance your selection variety and choices. 


10. Are fresh produce and products on Everleaf marketplace Halal? 

Currently we do not offer Halal certified products. However, our products are pork-free and handled with utmost care - zero contamination or pollutants from our farms to your doorstep. 


11. Can I change my order once I have confirmed the order? 

For any additional or changes in ordered items, kindly contact the Everleaf team within 24 hours to check if changes can be made. After 24 hours from ordered time, kindly make a new order. 


12. How can I solve my queries?

13. Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order, you can shop as low as only one item based on your needs. 


14. How to check the status of my order?

You can login to your user ID and check order status in your Everleaf account.  


15. If I am ordering in bulk of my business, can I have an invoice? Who should I contact?

Yes, you may email to to request for an official invoice.


16. What if I am not around / running late when my delivery arrives?

17. How do I change my order’s quantity?

Click on the top right “shopping bag” button a.k.a your cart. Amend the quantity there for your respective selected items then press update, before you checkout. 


18. What if an item received is not in good condition/damaged?

Kindly snap an image for verification proof and also the receipt of purchase to proceed for replacement or refund. *T&C Applies*


19. Can I visit Everleaf’s office to collect my items?

At present, we provide delivery services to your doorstep. Our mission is to provide reliable convenience and accessibility to you. Special arrangements can be made based on individual basis. Kindly contact us.
