It started with a passion, like all good things. Nestled in the heart of the North Wessex Downs lies Doves Farm Foods, the organic, mixed arable farm of founders Clare and Michael Marriage. Fascinated by whole grains and organic farming, they sowed their first seeds in 1977 with the idea of turning their grains into high quality flour. The first stone milling equipment was installed and they began milling whole grains into whole wheat flour. As a family business, they have been milling organic and traditional flours, as well as a range of natural gluten-free flours, since their inception.
