Radiant Siam Black Rice (1000g)

Radiant Siam Black Rice is organically grown, gluten free, rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. It has low in sodium, free of fat and cholesterol. Once cooked, the rice becomes deep dark purple with a nutty flavor and a whole grain texture. Great for rice dishes, porridge, salad, soups and puddings.  Use 1.5 cups water to 1 cup rice. Store in a cool dry place or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
