Made from certified organic whole sprouted soybeans. Steamed, add koji culture, sea salt,  and left to naturally ferment for 3 years. Full of potent anti-oxidant, Vitamin B complex, trace minerals, complex carbohydrate, readily pre-digested protein, and etc.   Free from chemical additives, colourants, or preservatives. 

Functions: active miso with probiotic friendly flora, prevent acidosis in the body, heal stomach ulcers and acid reflux, strengthen blood quality, heal skin diseases, cancer prevention

Uses: Add to soup, made into dressing, sauce, or cook in dishes.
